Shipping and Returns
Tripnlgy Shipping policy
**Please be advised that although we are in full control over our order processing times, we do not have any power over the shipping times that is managed by the Postal service**
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. As soon as we have shipped out your order, you will receive an email from us confirming that it has been shipped out along with a tracking number for your order.
**With Covid still being very present in all our lives, sometimes there is a chance of delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We ask you to please be patient on awaiting your order if that does happen and know that we will always try to make sure all our customers are happy. Do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if an order is taking longer than you expected, and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer a $15(AUD) flat rate shipping to all orders within Australia. Free Shipping on any order over $150.
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer any local delivery or in-store pickup. Everything purchased online is delivered through Australian Post.
We ship World Wide and offer a $20(AUD) flat rate shipping to all orders outside of Australia. Free Shipping on any order over $150.
**Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tripnlgy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within:
- 10 days for Australia
- 20 days for rest of the World
of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
All purchases are final, and we do not Refund or Exchange products due to customer changing their mind or ordering the wrong colour or size. Customers are responsible to make sure they choose the correct product they wish to purchase.
If there is an issue with the product such as:
- doesn’t not come as advertised
- wrong design/product to what was ordered
- has any faults or damages
Contact us within 7 days after you receive your delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but we will make sure to work towards a satisfactory solution and do right by our customers.
